The first letters our kids learn, the building blocks of our language, come alive in this video, with playful cheerful animated forms, in related contexts.
This is from the book series I have produced called 'Aksharachithrangal'. I started drawing Malayalam letters as animated characters to aid our visual learners, who found traditional learning challenging. The word-letter association along with the picture and context are carefully chosen considering the linguistics of Malayalam and the developmental aspects of children. My students find them very useful, and with these pictures, they are able to remember letters, their shapes, and form, also how to pronounce them as well. As the usefulness of my picture letters grew I decided to make them into books and publish them. So that everyone who is learning Malayalam has a fun way to remember and learn letters.
